Dotcom Graphics products are intangible, and there are no means to physically return the product for a refund or exchange. Because of that we do not issue refunds. However, we will replace a damaged file with the same file, if such a request is made.

Colors used in design are CMYK colors. Colors on screen and Print colors may vary slightly. It is always good idea to consult your Printing company to confirm colors before you make investment in printing your design. We are always eager to assist in case you need any color change . Also the source file has been provided which enables you to change the colors.

Before you print large number of copies of design, kindly check the spelling , phone numbers and other details carefully. We are always eager to assist in case you need any text or other updates in your design files. No claims regarding printing ( Printed by us or any third party printing company or elsewhere) will be entertained.

The design sold to you is exclusively yours and is never resold. We insist you to apply for trademark registration in your country before making investments based on the design. We do not charge based on the changes or updates and let the customer decide without prejudice on the purchase or the design, its shape , style , color and text fonts without any obligation.

Trademark application will rule out any proximity of the design with another existing design and in an event that your trademark attorney insists upon you to change the design or you yourself feel the need to change the design sufficiently enough to make it look unique before trademark application, we shall provide with variations of the design happily. However, we do not have access to all the existing designs like the trademark registry and it is almost impossible to be 100% certain that the chosen design is in no way a loose match of an existing design.

Hence we insist our customers to do their own due diligence and apply for trademark registration before making investments based on the design supplied by us.
